Project Technical Admin

Job Desc :

• Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation, including timelines, meeting minutes, project plans, status reports, and other project-related documents.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing IT project administration from the planning stage through implementation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all tasks are completed according to the established timeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams, users, vendors, and relevant stakeholders regarding project requirements and progress.
• Ensure all project documentation is properly organized, maintained, and regularly updated.
• Assist in tracking project issues, risks, and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand basic technical requirements to support communication between business and technical teams, including Developers, System Analysts, Infrastructure, QA, and other related teams.
• Assist in coordinating implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and go-live activities.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for the Project Manager and management.
• Use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
