Project Technical Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Analyst/Technical Functional Analyst/Business Analyst in the banking industry.
• Strong understanding of Business Requirement Analysis and SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Core Banking/Treasury is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, TSD, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, SMEs, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Support SIT/UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify process improvements and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and support successful project delivery.
