Place of Assignment: To be assigned at the Regional Office to provide support to in the implementation of the DOST-PCAARRD funded project "SARAI Centralized National Hub for Regional Operations (SARAI CeNTRO).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Development Communication, Communication, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of related working experience.
• At least 4 hours of related training is an advantage.

JOB COMPETENCIES:

• With skills in graphic design.
• With skills in video production.
• With skills in writing technical reports.
• With good communication skills (written and oral).
• With strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• With excellent analytical skills, can analyze and process data.
• Willing to be assigned in Bicutan, Taguig City.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as full-time personnel for the Capacity Building Component of Project SARAI in NCR.
• Develop communication plans for the program.
• Develop Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials related to the project.
• Organize trainings and capacity building activities.
• Prepare project presentations and reports.
• Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Regional Office from time to time.
