Project Tender Engineer – Construction Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documents and prepare technical evaluations.
• Develop and review technical proposal including methods of work, resource allocation, & scheduling for construction projects.
• Identify and assess tendered project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders during the tender and project preparation stages.
• Support project planning and ensure documentation is accurate and well-organized.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction projects (experience in tender preparation/analysis also experienced at project management consultant is highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and project risk assessment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and target timelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
