Project Turnover Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure project readiness by conducting pre-turnover inspections and coordinating with the Project Management, Site, and Development teams on project progress.
• Secure all requirements prior to turnover, such as the Buyer’s List, Deed of Restrictions, Fact Sheet, Design Standards, and Construction Guidelines.
• Prepare and release Notices of Turnover to accounts based on the established timeline.
• Facilitate the Client Punch List and document identified concerns when necessary.
• Prepare monthly project accomplishment reports.
• Prepare and maintain Tenant Movement Updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and plans.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and present technical information to clients.
• Relevant experience in punch listing and quality control is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites.
