You will be a member of the team supporting the concept development and sales processes. You will participate in preparing quotes for automated production lines and technologically advanced assembly equipment, with a particular focus on maintaining the quality of the sales process and ensuring compliance with customer requirements as specified in the project documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimates based on a customized project concept
• Managing and coordinating activities related to the preparation of bid documentation
• Sending requests for proposals to subcontractors and suppliers
• Analyzing and comparing bids from potential subcontractors and suppliers
• Participating in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
• Seeking alternative/equivalent solutions: materials, equipment, technologies
• Participating in the consultation and selection of technological solutions within the project
• Collaborating with internal company departments

Requirements:

• Experience in preparing budget estimates for projects in the industrial automation sector—a requirement
• Technical education (fundamentals of mechanical design and automation, mechanics, and related fields)
• Knowledge of mechanical and automation components and equipment
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with solution providers
• Proficiency in English (for preparing requests for proposals and communicating with subcontractors)
• Ability to make decisions independently and complete tasks on time
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to acquire new skills and openness to new technologies
