Projection/Keyholder

We are seeking a Key Holder / Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in store operations and possess strong administrative and retail math skills.

*Duties*

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management

• Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process

• Oversee sales activities and ensure targets are met

• Utilize retail math skills to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions

• Maintain store appearance and implement merchandising strategies

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks

*Experience*

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members

• Knowledge of store management practices and procedures

• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
