Are you an experienced Projectmanager/Projectleader in yachtbuilding who knows what it takes to deliver high-quality crew interiors? Can you keep planning, technical requirements and budgets on track while making decisions independently? Then we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for a Projectleader to join the team immediately and oversee several interior projects from preparation through to completion. You will work alongside two to three other projectleaders, with logistical support from a project coordinator. You will have considerable freedom and responsibility to deliver your projects successfully.

What will you do?

You will translate each assignment into a practical project plan and ensure that engineering, purchasing, fabrication and production are aligned. Throughout execution, you will monitor progress and take corrective action when needed. You will maintain contact with clients, shipyards and suppliers, ensuring clear agreements are in place.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing, coordinating and monitoring project schedules with the departments involved.
• Monitoring technical execution, quality, costs and financial performance.
• Preparing and maintaining progress reports.
• Leading the project team and coordinating activities and priorities.
• Identifying and resolving issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Identifying scope changes and assisting with the preparation and submission of quotations for additional work.
• Ensuring agreements are followed and projects are handed over properly.
• Actively contributing to improvements in existing business processes.

What do you bring?

We are looking for an experienced projectleader who can work independently from day one. You have proven experience with crew interiors on board yachts and understand how the different disciplines within an interior project fit together.

You also bring:

• Several years of project management experience in a technical production environment.
• Technical understanding and experience with scheduling and financial project control.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A decisive, practical approach: you take ownership and find solutions.
• A good command of English, Dutch would be a preference

You work independently, actively collaborate with colleagues and remain in control of your projects when requirements change or deadlines are tight.

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary of approximately €5,500 to €6,500 based on 38 hours per week, depending on your knowledge and experience.
