Projectmanager

Manage technically complex, custom-made projects from order to final delivery. No mass production, but unique projects where engineering, quality and collaboration are key. You will have the freedom to manage your projects independently while working alongside skilled professionals who take just as much pride in their work as you do.

Your role

As a ProjectManager, you are the key link between the customer, Engineering, Purchasing and Production. Once a project has been awarded, you take over from Sales and become the main point of contact throughout the entire project.

You are trusted to make decisions independently and keep your projects on track. You make sure that everyone involved has the right information, monitor the schedule, maintain control over quality and make adjustments where necessary. From the initial kick-off to final delivery, you ensure that each project runs smoothly and that expectations are met.

What will you be doing?

• Managing technical custom-made projects from order to final delivery
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Taking care of project preparation, including purchasing, drawings, work packages and schedules
• Coordinating activities with Engineering, Production and inspection authorities
• Monitoring the progress, quality and planning of your projects
• Identifying potential issues and taking corrective action where necessary

Your profile

• You have HBO-level working and thinking skills, preferably with a background in Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management
• You have experience managing or coordinating technical projects
• You have strong organisational skills and communicate easily with people from different technical disciplines
