📌 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead and manage NPI programs from prototype development through High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). The role involves cross-functional leadership, project planning, risk management and ensuring successful project execution within timeline, quality and business objectives
🎓 Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline. Master’s degree is an advantage.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, electronics manufacturing, NPI, program management, or manufacturing operations.
* Strong project management capability, including schedule management, risk management, stakeholder communication, issue escalation, and action item closure.
* Proficiency in project management tools, data analytics, Power BI/Tableau, automation tools, and structured reporting are preferred.
* Strong understanding of NPI lifecycle, phase-gate governance, manufacturing readiness, capacity planning and quality systems
