PROJECTS & SYSTEMS OFFICER

The Projects & Systems Lead (Self Service & Portal) l eads the management, development, and implementation of data, analytics and loyalty-related initiatives by driving project delivery, systems enhancements, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration to enable data-driven decision-making, strengthen customer engagement, and maximize business value from data analytics and loyalty programs

Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering, validation, and analysis of business requirements for data, analytics, customer insight, and loyalty initiatives in collaboration with business units, technology teams, data stakeholders, and vendors to ensure solutions support business objectives and customer engagement strategies.
• Evaluate data, analytics, and loyalty platform solutions by reviewing system designs, reporting requirements, data integration frameworks, and customer segmentation capabilities to ensure alignment with business needs, governance standards, and operational objectives.
• Oversee testing, validation, deployment, and implementation activities for data, analytics, and loyalty systems; coordinate issue resolution with IT teams, data teams, and vendors to ensure solution quality, accuracy, and successful delivery.
• Manage project portfolios, enhancement requests, risks, dependencies, and implementation activities across data, analytics, and loyalty initiatives by assessing business impact, prioritizing requirements, and executing mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership and governance for data, analytics, and loyalty platforms by ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy, customer insight generation, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value, retention, and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
• At least 5 years experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Delivery
• 5 years experience in Data Analytics, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Customer Insights, Loyalty Programs
• Knowledgeable in Project management methodologies and project lifecycle management
• Background in Business requirements gathering and process analysis techniques
• Capable in Systems implementation, testing, and deployment practices
• Skilled in Data Management and Data Governance, Loyalty and Rewards Program Management
