Projects Coordinator – Freight Forwarding Industry

• Coordinate and manage assigned logistics projects from planning through to successful completion.
• Prepare and maintain weekly task lists, ensuring all enquiries are acknowledged, quoted, and followed up promptly.
• Develop and execute multimodal transportation and logistics solutions in line with project requirements.
• Manage cargo movements, documentation, customs formalities, and operational compliance.
• Conduct route assessments, site visits, and contingency planning to ensure smooth project execution.
• Negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors to secure the best service, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, principals, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and escalate risks to management when required.
• Prepare and submit invoices promptly and follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with Finance.
• Retain existing customers, support business development efforts, and continuously seek process and service improvements.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 02 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Industry in Projects Cargo Pricing and Operations Coordination
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Vendor management skills
