About us

Solar Bee is a segment leader specializing in Solar PV projects with more than 10 years of experience in Malaysia.

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Projects Admin to handle our projects administration work.

Scope of Work

• Manage and arrange project documents, handle clients enquiries, concerns and complaints
• Prepare and submit project applications to authorities and update accordingly, managed arrangement for engineers on site
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, clients on appointments and installation works.
• To manage clients requirements / after sales services to ensure 100% customers satisfaction is obtained.
• To produce report/update on project status to management in timely basis.
• To work closely with sales team and operation team to resolve potential issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Well-organized candidate.
• Able to work in a team.
• Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience is a bonus point
