Projects Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing Food Atrium concepts, including layout planning, design direction and overall presentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, contractors and service providers on concept implementation and outlet setup.
• Monitor and maintain the consistency of Food Atrium concepts across outlets, ensuring alignment with established design and brand standards.
• Conduct outlet visits to assess presentation, identify areas for improvement and follow up on rectification works where necessary.
• Support renovation, upgrading and improvement projects to enhance the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve concept-related, maintenance and operational issues.
• Assist in coordinating project timelines, documentation and progress updates.
• Perform other project duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Design, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic) or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project coordination, concept development or retail/F&B operations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
