Candidate Profile :

• We are looking for a Capable Leader for heading our EPC project business through developing an entry strategy, execution capability in the non-Captive projects space. He has to identify the niche segments and projects which are aligned with Gmmco brand values and strengths.
• Experience - At least 5 years in a leadership position of handling medium - large project team having executed medium- large projects.

Major Strategy Direction :

• Develop a strategy for EPC projects business
• Grow profitably the business to 500 crore by 2023 pan India base.
• Develop a team capable of executing this growth strategy
• Leverage the existing Gmmco customer base and relationship to grow the business.
• Client management
• Develop the project capability for installation - on time and within the cost execution.
• Develop quality vendor base options to have aggressive cost base.

KRA :

• Revenue generation
• Contribution
• DSIR (Receivables)
• Safety standards (Injury/accident measures)
• On time execution (Project handover in time)
• Within the cost execution (Estimation quality)
• Vendor development -Vendor quality (% of rework & scrapping)
