What they need
Interior Fitting Out
Plan fitting out schedule and oversee implementation at site
Spearhead project team in meeting deadlines, monitoring task completion and ensuring smooth project flow
Maintaining and organizing project documentation, including plans and business requirements
Prepare construction drawings, technical proposal and method statements when required
Liaise and coordinate with client, consultant, QS, fitting out team and subcontractors for project planning and execution
Coordinate with carpenter team on carpentry detailing
Ensure site safety and security
Any other job duties as and when instructed by management
