Projects Manager

A leading scaffolding contracting company in the UAE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee scaffolding projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage multiple scaffolding projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, costs and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE procedures.
• Review drawings, method statements, risk assessments and project documentation.
• Manage variations, additional works, billing and project close-out.
• Prepare regular progress and management reports.
• Lead project teams, supervisors and site personnel effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in scaffolding project management.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection procedures and safety standards.
• Experience managing industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Good leadership, planning, negotiation and client-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project-reporting tools.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
