  • Improve portfolio visibility, data quality and investment performance outcomes

About You

You bring extensive experience working in large, asset-intensive environments and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and driving better investment decisions.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Significant experience managing capital, maintenance or asset improvement portfolios
  • Strong background in project governance, front-end project development and business case evaluation
  • Experience leading project managers or multidisciplinary project teams
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Strong financial, commercial and risk management capability
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Asset Management, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Experience in heavy industry, mining, metals, utilities, energy or similar operational environments will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you'll share our values of Teamwork, Achieve and Care.

Why join us

We're building for the future and looking for people who want to make a genuine impact. In return, you'll have the opportunity to influence business performance, develop future leaders and contribute to one of Australia's most significant manufacturing operations.
