Projects Supervisor (Fitout)

**Position:** Project Supervisor – Fit-Out

**Location:** Dubai, UAE

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Supervisor (Fit-Out) to oversee residential, commercial, and office fit-out projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and renovation projects.

* Coordinate and monitor civil, carpentry, gypsum, painting, MEP, flooring, and finishing works.

* Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

* Conduct site inspections and maintain project progress reports.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, building management, and authorities as required.

* Monitor health and safety compliance on site.

* Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors.

* Verify completed works and prepare site handover documentation.

* Ensure project completion within the agreed timeline and budget.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and renovation projects.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.

* Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Experience in managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

* Ability to work independently and handle project responsibilities with minimal supervision.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Experience with residential villas, apartments, offices, retail, and commercial fit-out projects.

* Knowledge of Dubai authority procedures and permit requirements is an advantage.
