What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate Project Schedules: Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Management: Coordinate project resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project records and prepare proposals and budgets.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with designers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise during the project.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a Project Coordinator role or similar, with a background in interior design, architecture, construction, or creative industry preferred.
• Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills, with proficiency in tools like Trello, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
• Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
