Project/Site Engineer

About the role

Supervise structural works and site coordination for HDB projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings.

Responsibilities (Site Engineer):

• Supervise reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and precast works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Conduct site and quality inspections with RE/RTO.
• Coordinate subcontractor work sequencing.
• Monitor site productivity and progress.
• Resolve on-site technical issues.
• Prepare daily site reports.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and QPs.
• Check material deliveries and usage.
• Ensure workplace safety and health compliance.

Responsibilities (Project Engineer):

• Manage structural construction from foundation to TOP.
• Coordinate structural works and project activities.
• Review structural drawings and method statements.
• Monitor progress, resources, and subcontractor performance.
• Liaise with consultants and authorities.
• Prepare technical submissions and reports.
• Manage RFIs, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with design, quality, and specifications.
• Support project planning and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
• Experience in HDB construction projects.
• Knowledge of civil/structural works and site coordination.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings.
• Familiar with HDB requirements and construction processes.
