Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Promoter to represent ESTRIP at retail outlets. The role will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, communicating their key benefits and driving product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate ESTRIP products to customers at retail outlets.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, usage and key USPs.
• Engage customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Drive product trials, conversions and achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays, visibility and merchandising at the outlet.
• Ensure adequate stock availability and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and outlet management.
• Observe competitor products, pricing, promotions and customer preferences.
• Support in-store promotions, product demonstrations and other sales activities.
• Maintain daily sales and activity reports and share market/customer feedback with the reporting manager.
• Ensure professional conduct and strong brand representation at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, store promotion, FMCG or modern trade preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
• Excellent customer interaction and convincing skills.
• Sales-oriented, target-driven and proactive approach.
• Basic understanding of retail sales and merchandising.
• Good command of Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, punctuality and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work at assigned retail outlets and engage actively with customers.
