About the role
Join our team in promoting and boosting sales of our delicious mooncake products at shopping malls across Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell bakery products through product sampling and customer engagement.
- Introduce products, answer customer enquiries, and recommend suitable products.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure the booth is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Maintain good product knowledge to confidently assist customers.
About you
- Prior retail or promoter experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident in interacting with customers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic with a positive attitude and passion for customer service.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
