Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Product Demonstration

Customer Engagement:
Proactively approach and welcome shoppers, understand their health/wellness needs, and introduce suitable BUZUD products (e.g., blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, oxygen concentrators, smart watch monitors).

Live Demonstrations:
Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and offer complimentary basic health checks (e.g., blood pressure or body composition testing) to engage walk-in traffic.

Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets set by the retail trade manager.

2. Retail & Merchandise Operations

Counter & Display Maintenance:
Ensure product displays are clean, orderly, fully stocked, and compliant with brand visual merchandising standards.

Stock Monitoring:
Track shelf stock levels, notify store/logistics managers for replenishments, and assist with stock counts.

Promotion Execution:
Stay updated on ongoing promotional campaigns, discount structures, bundles, and loyalty program details to explain them clearly to customers.

3. Customer Service & Feedback

Product Guidance:
Provide accurate, easy-to-understand product instructions and care guidance to empower customers (especially seniors) to use devices confidently at home.

Market Insights:
Gather direct customer feedback, popular product inquiries, and competitor observation data to share with the marketing and product teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:
GCE 'N'/'O' Level, Higher Nitec, or equivalent.

Experience:
1+ years of experience in retail sales, promoter roles, or customer service. Prior experience in consumer electronics, personal care, medical devices, or wellness products is highly advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; conversational Mandarin or local dialects is a strong plus to engage senior customers.

Energetic, approachable, and self-motivated with a strong passion for sales and customer service.

Comfortable performing basic device usage demonstrations and assisting customers with health monitors.

Working Conditions:
Ability to stand for long retail hours and work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
