Promoter Head (Midea)

Midea Malaysia is looking for a responsible and experienced Promoter Head to oversee and manage the Midea promoter and merchandiser team across assigned outlets in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and monitor the performance of Midea promoters and merchandisers.
• Monitor daily sales performance, sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor team performance and compliance.
• Prepare and monitor sales reports, attendance records and operational reports.
• Assist in the recruitment, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new promoters and merchandisers.
• Provide product knowledge training, sales coaching and guidance to the team.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and overall team performance.
• Handle promoter-related issues and operational matters.
• Coordinate with Midea management, outlet managers and internal teams.
• Ensure the team complies with company policies, reporting procedures and SOPs.
• Support sales activities, promotions and other operational projects as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, promoter management or sales supervision.
• Experience in home appliances or consumer electronics is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Willing to travel for outlet visits and manage the team across different locations.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
