Role & responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
- Demonstrate products and explain features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and conversion.
- Promote complementary products, accessories, and extended warranty plans.
- Handle billing coordination and assist customers throughout the purchase process.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising standards, and showroom cleanliness.
- Track stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Stay updated on product launches, offers, and competitor products.
Salary - 17000 to 20000 NTH + PF+ Incentive
