Job Title: Promoter

Department: Business Development — IR (field/outlet role)

Location: Nation-wide

Purpose:

The on-ground, in-outlet face of the Buy Now Pay Later product (BNPL) — engaging walk-in customers, explaining the financing option, and driving application completion at the point of sale.

Job Description:

• Pitch and explain the BNPL financing option to walk-in customers at the outlet counter
• Assist customers through the application process (documentation, basic KYC steps)
• Meet outlet-level application and conversion targets
• Maintain daily reporting on footfall, applications initiated, and conversion
• Escalate customer queries or edge cases to the Manager, Retail Financing
• Represent the brand and maintain the outlet-level partner relationship

Requirements:

• Matric/Intermediate minimum; sales or retail floor experience preferred
• Comfortable explaining financial terms (installments, markup, tenor) to first-time customers
• Based in, or willing to work at, the assigned outlet location

Good to Have

• Prior experience with EMI/installment sales or mobile financing at retail
• Local language fluency relevant to the outlet's market
