Promotion Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for Walch's promoter team management focusing on Hong Kong pharmacy channels. Oversee promoters' scheduling, attendance tracking and sales statistics to drive brand sales execution at retail pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Walch field promoters, including work scheduling, attendance tracking and on-site performance supervision
• Collect, consolidate and analyse promoter sales data; complete regular sales statistics and reporting for the brand
• Liaise with Hong Kong pharmacy retail partners, monitor channel performance and support in-store promotional execution for Walch products
• Deliver performance feedback to promoters, guide on-site selling behaviour and resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Process business documents via spreadsheets to ensure timely, accurate data submission
• Support ad-hoc Walch promotional campaigns and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

About you

• Experience managing promoter teams or sales background within pharmacy / healthcare channel is preferred
• Strong computer literacy; proficient in MS Excel for data compilation and statistics
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to align front-line promoters and retail pharmacy partners
• Familiarity with Hong Kong pharmacy retail landscape is a plus
• Detail-oriented, responsible and capable of multi-tasking

负责威露士香港药店渠道促销员团队管理，统筹促销员排班、出勤及销量统计，推动品牌在药店渠道业务落地。

主要工作职责

负责威露士促销员日常管理，完成排班、出勤管控以及一线现场工作监督。

收集汇总促销员销售数据，完成威露士品牌销量统计，定期输出业务报表。

对接香港药店合作客户，跟进渠道情况，落地威露士门店促销活动。

向促销员反馈绩效表现，规范一线销售行为，处理各类日常运营问题。

使用表格处理业务资料，保障数据输出及时准确。

配合威露士各类临时促销项目，完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求

拥有促销员团队管理经验，或医药/药店渠道销售经验优先。

熟练操作电脑，精通Excel，可独立做数据整理统计。

沟通协调能力强，可对接一线促销员以及药店合作商户。

熟悉香港药店零售场景优先。

工作细致，责任心强，可同时处理多项工作。
