Responsibilities

• Actively promote our products and venue, including deals and live music entertainment.
• Engage with potential customers, providing them with information and answering any questions they may have.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
• Attend training sessions to stay informed about product updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively engaging with customers.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.81-£12.71 per hour
