Promotions Assistant

Full Time | Monday–Friday | Immediate Start Date | Weekly Pay

Prestige Promotions is looking for confident, outgoing and ambitious people to join our Manchester team as Promotions Assistants.

Based from our office on Deansgate in Manchester City Centre, this is a highly people-focused role combining face-to-face promotions, customer engagement and lead generation.

It's an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys meeting new people, wants to develop their communication and commercial skills, and likes the idea of being rewarded for their performance.

The role

As a Promotions Assistant, you'll work on face-to-face promotional campaigns on behalf of our clients.

Your role will involve:

• Engaging with members of the public face-to-face
• Representing and promoting our clients and their brands
• Creating positive, professional first impressions
• Starting conversations and identifying potential customer interest
• Generating qualified leads for our clients
• Working towards individual and team performance targets
• Developing strong communication, customer engagement and promotional skills
• Providing feedback on customer responses and campaign performance

This is an active, customer-facing position, rather than a desk-based marketing or administrative role.

What we're looking for

Previous promotions or sales experience isn't essential, as full training is provided.

Pay & earning potential

You'll receive:

• Competitive base pay
• Uncapped commission for leads generated
• £26,000–£30,000 first-year OTE
• Clear performance targets so you understand exactly how your additional earnings are generated

There is no cap on commission, giving strong performers the opportunity to increase their earnings as their skills and results develop.

Training & progression

You'll receive full training when you join Prestige Promotions, covering our campaigns, clients, customer engagement and lead-generation approach.

As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to develop additional skills, take on more responsibility and work towards leadership and more senior opportunities within the business.
