Promotions Coordinator

Position Summary

The Promotions Coordinator supports the planning and execution of casino promotions, events, player programs, sponsorships, and guest engagement initiatives. This role works closely with Marketing, Players Club, and operational departments to create memorable guest experiences while ensuring promotions and events are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with gaming regulations.

This is a full-time, hourly position. Work schedules will vary based on business needs, including entertainment events, promotions, concerts, and special events. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other non-traditional hours is required to support event operations and guest engagement activities.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and execute casino promotions, drawings, tournaments, giveaways, and special events.
• Support entertainment events, VIP functions, bus tours, and group activities.
• Assist with loyalty program promotions, kiosk campaigns, and free play offers.
• Manage event logistics, promotional materials, giveaways, and vendor coordination.
• Track promotional performance and prepare event recap reports.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support sponsorships, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain promotional calendars, records, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, events, hospitality, gaming, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn casino marketing systems.
• Ability to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

• Shift Differentials $1.00/hour extra for 4:00 p.m.- midnight and $2.00/hour extra for midnight - 8:00 a.m.
