About the role

A Promotor role focused on promoting and introducing products directly to prospective customers, providing friendly and professional service, and driving sales in line with set targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and introduce products to prospective customers directly
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and advantages to customers
• Provide friendly, informative, and professional service
• Help customers select products that suit their needs
• Drive and increase product sales according to set targets
• Conduct product demonstrations when required
• Maintain neatness and availability of products in the display area
• Ensure promotional materials, banners, brochures, and product displays are properly installed
• Follow up with prospective customers as needed
• Record and report sales results and promotional activities to management

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK
• Neat, attractive appearance and confident demeanor
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, active, persuasive, and target-oriented
• Able to work individually and as part of a team
• Willing to work shift systems, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Experience as a Promotor, Sales, SPG/SPB, or Marketing is a plus
