Prompt Engineer

Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced Prompt Engineer with strong hands-on LLM experience to design, test, evaluate, and optimize prompts for AI/LLM applications in an experimental/POC environment.

Mandatory Skillsets:

Formal/recognized Prompt Engineering Certification – Mandatory

9+ years overall experience with relevant AI/LLM projects

Hands-on Prompt Engineering & Prompt Optimization

LLM concepts: Tokenization, Context Windows, LLM behavior

Zero-shot, Few-shot, Prompt Chaining

RAG & Context Management

LLM evaluation and response-quality measurement

Mitigation of Hallucination, Prompt Injection & LLM failure modes

Strong experimentation, analysis, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

Agentic AI / AI Agents / Multi-step workflows

Enterprise AI platforms & LLM integration

LLM evaluation frameworks

R&D / Innovation Lab / POC experience

Prompt libraries, standards & governance

Experience integrating prompt strategies with AI/Engineering workflows

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
