Job Summary

Role Overview - Looking for a Prompt Engineering professional with strong experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications to develop effective prompts and improve Generative AI solution performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize prompts for LLM-based applications.
• Work with RAG architectures and LLMs to improve response quality.
• Develop prompt templates, system instructions, and evaluation strategies.
• Experiment with different prompting techniques and LLM models.
• Analyze model responses and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with AI/ML and development teams on Generative AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Prompt Engineering and Generative AI applications.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with prompt design, optimization, and evaluation.
• Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, retrieval pipelines, and context management.
• Experience analyzing and improving LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple LLM models and prompting techniques.
