Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Prompt Engineer with 2+ years of experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts to improve the quality, accuracy, and consistency of AI-generated outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts for AI and Generative AI applications.
• Work with LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and other AI models.
• Develop prompt templates for text generation, classification, summarization, extraction, and automation.
• Test and evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and quality.
• Create structured prompts using techniques such as few-shot, zero-shot, chain-of-thought, role-based prompting, and system instructions.
• Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and business teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Identify and resolve issues related to hallucination, incorrect responses, and prompt reliability.
• Maintain documentation of prompts, testing methodologies, and performance results.
• Continuously research emerging AI tools, models, and prompt-engineering techniques.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering / Generative AI / AI Content / AI Applications.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience working with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Python and APIs is preferred.
• Experience with AI automation workflows is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to experiment, test, analyze, and continuously improve AI outputs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, RAG, vector databases, or AI agents.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with machine learning and NLP concepts.
• Experience using AI tools for business process automation.
• Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
