We are looking for a Prompt Engineer with practical experience in designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for AI training and LLM-related projects. The ideal candidate understands how to improve model responses through structured prompting, systematic evaluation, and iterative experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI training projects.
• Develop structured prompts for improving model accuracy, consistency, relevance, and contextual understanding.
• Work on prompt engineering workflows for LLM training, fine-tuning support, model evaluation, and response optimization.
• Test AI-generated outputs, identify errors and inconsistencies, and refine prompts accordingly.
• Create prompt templates, evaluation datasets, test cases, and quality assessment criteria.
• Work with AI/ML engineers to improve the performance of LLM-powered applications and AI assistants.
• Experiment with different prompting strategies, including few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought-style task decomposition, and structured output generation where appropriate.
• Document prompt iterations, test results, evaluation findings, and performance improvements.
• Support the development of AI chatbots, intelligent automation workflows, and other Generative AI solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, or LLM-related projects.
• Practical experience designing and optimizing prompts for AI model training, evaluation, or LLM-powered applications.
• Understanding of Large Language Models, their capabilities, limitations, and response behavior.
• Experience evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and instruction adherence.
• Strong analytical thinking, experimentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document prompt strategies and communicate technical findings clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with models such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation, fine-tuning workflows, or AI training data preparation.
• Understanding of JSON, structured outputs, and prompt templates.
• Basic Python knowledge and familiarity with AI APIs.
• Exposure to RAG-based applications, AI assistants, or agentic AI workflows.
