Proofreader (Financial Printing)

Job Duties

• Proofread typeset documents and amendments in English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified Chinese)
• Final proofread for HKEX e-submission and other print files
• Prepare and check files ready for bulk printing

Job Requirement

• Diploma or above in communication, translation, languages or related studies
• Willing to work overtime and shift duty with overtime pay, shift allowance, travel allowance and meal allowance
• Working experience in finance related industry, translation house or law firm is an advantage
• Multi-tasking, detail oriented and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge in standard proofreader’s mark-up and page set-up requirements is an advantage
• Good command of written English, traditional and simplified Chinese
• Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for Senior position
• Training will be provided to candidates with no experience
