Property Accountant

We’re looking for a Property Accountant with hands-on Yardi Voyager experience to join a growing real estate organization.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate tenant and lease information within Yardi Voyager.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance reports
• Manage tenant billing and CAM/TICAM reconciliations
• Maintain accurate tenant, lease renewal, amendment, and new tenant information in Yardi Voyager
• Perform GL and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with annual budgets and monitor property cash flow
• Support annual audits and tax preparation

What we’re looking for:

• Property or real estate accounting experience
• Yardi Voyager experience required
• Strong understanding of GL accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience with tenant billing and CAM reconciliations preferred
