What they need
Property Acquisition Executive
Responsibilities:
- Source commercial properties as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers & developers.
- Conduct market surveys and property site visits.
- Collect property details, documents, photos & Google location.
- Coordinate client visits, follow-ups and negotiations.
- Maintain daily sourcing and visit reports.
Requirements: Good communication, negotiation & networking skills; field-oriented and target-driven. Real estate experience preferred, but freshers can apply.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
