Renovoy is seeking a highly motivated Property Acquisition Specialist to join our growing acquisitions team in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This is a field-based, commission-only position for experienced professionals who know how to identify, negotiate, and secure off-market real estate opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships with property owners, conducting property visits, negotiating purchase agreements, and working closely with our acquisitions team to close deals.

Responsibilities Generate and qualify off-market real estate opportunities. Meet with property owners throughout the DFW metroplex. Negotiate purchase agreements and secure signed contracts. Build and maintain relationships with property owners and local professionals. Provide accurate property updates and market feedback. Work closely with the Renovoy acquisitions team to ensure smooth closings. Requirements Must currently reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area. Applications from candidates outside the DFW area will not be considered. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout DFW. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, sales, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation 100% Commission Only Unlimited earning potential based on performance. No salary, hourly pay, or benefits are provided.
