A1 Properties is expanding its Secondary Sales and Leasing team and is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing real estate business.

Whether you are an experienced Property Consultant or looking to start a new career in Dubai real estate, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking and client referrals.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Source new property listings and secure exclusive mandates.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales and rental transactions.
• Develop strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and communities.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up with leads consistently.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence and own car are essential.
• A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven.
• Previous real estate experience is an advantage but not essential.
• RERA certification is preferred; guidance on obtaining certification can be provided.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
