Property Advisor (UAE Based )

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 Years of experience in the real estate market in Dubai
• Familiar with using Portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle ) and CRM Systems
• UAE-based (candidates outside of the UAE won't be considered)
• Fluency in English with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable

Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Conduct property viewings with clients.

⁠ ⁠Post and manage real estate listings on property portals.

⁠ ⁠Sell residential and commercial properties in Dubai’s off-plan and secondary market both.

⁠ ⁠Create customized property selections based on client requests.

⁠ ⁠Communicate professionally with clients via calls, meetings, and correspondence.

⁠ ⁠Source, manage, and close sales and leasing transactions across Dubai’s prime communities.

⁠ ⁠Handle the end-to-end client journey: qualification, viewings, negotiations, contracts, and after-sales.
