Your Role

• Handle buyer, seller, and investor inquiries
• Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
• Arrange property viewings and presentations
• Negotiate and close sales and rental transactions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop your own network and personal leads
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, communities, and projects

Who We're Looking For

• Motivated and ambitious individuals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Previous Dubai/UAE real estate experience is an advantage, but motivated newcomers are welcome
• Candidates currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai
