About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for a Property Advisory Executive to understand client requirements, suggest suitable property options, and coordinate with the respective teams to help clients find the right property.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and preferred locations.
• Guide clients regarding suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Collect and maintain accurate client information.
• Match client requirements with available property options.
• Coordinate with property owners, buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
• Follow up with clients and share relevant property details.
• Assist in scheduling property visits and coordinating enquiries.
• Maintain client records and update information in the company CRM.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in real estate and property advisory services.
• Ability to understand client needs and suggest suitable options.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits
