WE ARE HIRING — PROPERTY AGENT

Apex Property in Cemagi is looking for a highly confident and motivated Property Agent to join our team in Cemagi, Bali.

The role covers:

• Long-term villa rentals
• Property sales
• Finding and onboarding new villas
• Contacting villa owners and building strong relationships
• Arranging viewings and following up with clients
• Negotiating rental and sales deals
• Preparing villa information, pricing and documents
• Coordinating new listings with our marketing and operations teams

Requirements:

• Perfect spoken and written English is mandatory
• Highly confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking with owners, buyers and tenants
• Previous experience in Bali real estate, rentals or property sales
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Canggu, Pererenan, Seseh, Cemagi and surrounding areas
• Professional, organised, proactive and reliable
• Able to work independently and achieve targets
• Own motorbike and valid driving licence
