Property Agent (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective buyers to explain property features, layouts, and unit availability.
• Analyze client requirements and budget to suggest suitable real estate options.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly with accurate project details.
• Coordinate and conduct guided tours of show units and site viewings.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
• Execute marketing efforts across social media, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
• Capture photos and videos at project sites to support promotional activities.
• Engage actively in property roadshows, marketing events, and team initiatives.

Requirements:

• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with or without prior experience.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive mindset, high self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
• Capability to work both self-directed and collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for sales and real estate.
