Property and Facilities Manager

Qualification & Experiences:

• Preferably graduate of Engineering course
• Board Passer is an advantage but not required
• With at least 5 years and above experience in in property and facilities management
• Technical knowledge in equipment such as aircon, genset, FDAS.
• With experience in processing permits (building permits, business permits etc.)

Task & Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspection of all facilities and identify lapses to facility industry standards such as compliance to BFP and Dole requirements (emergency lights, PWD ramp, genset, general cleanliness, safety signages, HVAC, FDAS, FSS, etc.)
• Create a monitoring sheet for all lapses and monitor until completion
• In coordination with 3rd party service provider the needed requirements (repairs, maintenance, signages, markings, evacuation plans, BCP requirements, etc)
• Coordinate with purchasing for needed vendors and monitoring of projects
• Prepare policies and procedure, various forms preparation and implementation. This is to include the creation of Building guidelines and Houserules.
• Monitoring of vendors and payments for project-related items
• Create a monitoring sheets for all properties and complete all docs such as CTC of TCTs, TDs, RPTs, lot plans, site development plans, as-built plans, renovation plans)
• Create a monitoring sheets all pertinent documents of Equipment such as gensets, VRF aircons, transformers, elevators, etc. including its purchase orders, warranties, permits.
• Prepare risk register and its mitigation measures and resolutions.
• Market properties for lease, review lease agreement and maintain good tenant relationship.
