Property and Project Manager [Ref no: PPM-ALAM]

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute bank-wide property and engineering projects aligned with corporate expansion;
• Oversee and manage the procurement process for all engineering and facility projects;
• Lead the design, renovation, major overhaul, relocation, and reinstatement of bank properties, branches, and offices;
• Coordinate with government authorities, landlords, property managers, and contractors to guarantee compliance with legal codes and internal policies;
• Inspect workmanship, conduct post-project evaluations, and enforce necessary rectification works;
• Oversee project budget allocation and finalize all vendor account settlements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline;
• At least 4 years of experience in property and engineering project management, including 2 years in a supervisory role. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Property and Project Manager);
• Solid understanding of construction engineering, building materials, procurement procedures, and contract management;
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, fire safety regulations, occupational health and safety (OHS) standards, environmental laws, and other statutory requirements;
• Experience in banking/finance corporate real estate, construction, property/facilities management, or architectural and engineering consultancies is highly preferred.
