Property Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the residential estate, and for delivering excellent customer service.
• Handle enquiries from residents or tenants at the front desk, manage the telephone hotline, and deal with general complaints.
• Assist in drafting official letters, entering data, recording maintenance or complaint cases, and managing tenancy-related documentation.
• Support the preparation, setup, and execution of festive events and promotional activities for the residential estate or shopping mall.

Job Requirements:

• DES or above;

• At least one year related working experience ;

• Service oriented and self-motivated ;

• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc ;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese ;

• Candidate with less experience or qualification would be considered as Assistant Property Officer.
