Support the day-to-day performance of a major retail asset Opportunity to build your career within a leading retail property platform Develop Valuable Experience In Tenancy And Rent Administration Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will support the collection, payment, and reporting of accounts while responding to stakeholder enquiries across the shopping centre. Your work will help maintain cash flow, support retailer relationships, and keep key reporting and compliance activities on track.

What You'll Do

• Monitor tenancy accounts and follow up arrears to support agreed collection targets.
• Process account payments and maintain accurate financial and tenancy records.
• Prepare clear, timely accounts and performance reports for the property team.
• Issue retailer notices and purchase orders within required timeframes.
• Act as a first point of contact, responding to retailer and stakeholder enquiries.
• Complete compliance requirements, follow safe work practices, and improve administration processes.

About You

• Previous administration or debt collection experience, ideally within retail property.
• Knowledge of tenancy rent administration and collection processes.
• Strong accuracy when creating, maintaining, and interpreting data.
• Clear communication and confident negotiation skills.
• Competency across the Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective time management, prioritization and a collaborative approach.
